In this hands-on class with Chef Rishika, you will learn how to create dishes that are familiar yet elevated utilizing readily available ingredients, and impressive skills and techniques.
With a focus on construction and presentation, Chef Rishika’s American bistro menu includes gourmet breaded mozzarella sticks with smoked paprika dip, a rich, cream-based mushroom soup, and a mind-blowing burger with handmade buns. For dessert, create maple crème brûlée that conjures all the delight of a favorite American comfort dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
