Begin with crispy vegetable pakoras paired with chutneys, then dive into daal tadka, a richly spiced lentil dish finished with fragrant ghee or oil. You’ll also prepare flavorful rice cooked with tomatoes, mustard seeds and onions and end your culinary journey with luscious Indian rice pudding (kheer) scented with saffron and cardamom. We had a great experience during our private cooking class with Chef Meena! The space was clean, organized, and made for an intimate home cooking experience. Chef Meena did a great job explaining the steps of each menu item and provided recipes for us to take home. We had the chance to taste the food as we cooked and then left with full portions of everything to enjoy at home. The food was delicious! We would highly recommend Chef Meena to anyone looking for Indian home cooking classes!
