This intimate class allows for just 10 guests and provides you with a hands-on experience in crafting tortellini, one of the most iconic pasta shapes in Italian cuisine. You will learn to craft Italian pasta from scratch following a traditional recipe authentic to Italian kitchens. You will then fill and fold the pasta to be cooked al dente. And finally, drench the tortellini in heartfelt sauces to create a true delicacy of a dish.
