Your lesson begins with a creamy summer lentil soup featuring yellow split peas and coconut milk. Next up, cook fiery poblano peppers stuffed with savory rice, pickled red onions and the crunch of peanut brittle. For dessert, craft a coconut flan topped with edible flowers to experience how delicious vegetarian sweets can be.
