Enjoy a heavenly marriage of culture, tradition and sophistication as you explore decadent French cuisine. Chef Laurianne will show you how to create a rich blend of flavors using a variety of classic French techniques and fresh, hand-picked ingredients.

To start, combine rich and refreshing components to make the perfect spinach salad, complete with Roquefort cheese and juicy pears. Next, prepare a traditional coq au vin, cooked to savory perfection. For dessert, indulge your taste buds with a sweet, flaky apple tarte tatin.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
