Join Chef Anthony on a gastronomic journey through the decadent aromas and tastes of West African cuisine. This interactive cooking class features a brilliant menu of exceptionally compatible flavors, along with the techniques needed to take flavor to the next level.
Begin by caramelizing plantains to perfection for a sweet and savory appetizer. Next, indulge in more boastful flavors as you pan-roast well-seasoned chicken thighs to lay atop a rich bed of pilaf cooked West African style. Finish by prepping sweet and plump peaches to use in a batch of delectable oatmeal peach bars.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
