Begin by caramelizing plantains to perfection for a sweet and savory appetizer. Next, indulge in more boastful flavors as you pan-roast well-seasoned chicken thighs to lay atop a rich bed of pilaf cooked West African style. Finish by prepping sweet and plump peaches to use in a batch of delectable oatmeal peach bars.
