Cooking Class - Taste of Thailand Favorites
Bring new flavors to your home kitchen with a hands-on cooking class that showcases the color and fragrance of Thailand. Chef Vinutha will lead you through the preparation of authentic Thai recipes and techniques, like wok-based cooking and jasmine rice preparation.
Start with rice paper spring rolls filled with cabbage, carrots, Thai basil and rice vermicelli, and make homemade red curry paste and peanut sauce with coconut milk. Then, learn how to expertly cook up a Thai red curry dish with pumpkin, peppers, Asian greens and more. Mangoes and sweet sticky rice come together for a sweet dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
