Enjoy authentic chicken cacciatore and more Italian classics with Chef Anthony.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to cook a meal bursting with the distinct flavors of the Italian countryside. Chef Anthony will teach you how to use olives, thyme, oregano and other ingredients to create traditional Italian recipes.

Begin by making a salad tossed with goat cheese, basil and juicy peach slices. Then, prepare rustic chicken cacciatore with mashed potatoes, a truly classic Italian dish. Finally, Chef Anthony will show you how to combine goat's milk, maple syrup and gelatin to craft a heavenly panna cotta with strawberry coulis for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
