Learn essential Japanese culinary techniques as you create delicious sushi rolls.

In this cooking class with Chef Giselle, you'll learn the fundamentals of sushi-making from the ground up – starting with perfectly seasoned rice and building toward confidently rolled, restaurant-worthy sushi. Clean technique, fresh ingredients and a little practice are all it takes.

The session opens with edamame and a sunomono cucumber salad before moving into the main event – a California roll or shrimp roll of your choice. You'll master rice preparation, nori handling and rolling technique along the way, finishing with chocolate mochi for a sweet, satisfying close. Book your spot in this sushi making class today.

Giselle was a wonderful teacher, was a fun 3 hour experience with my wife for a 1:2 pasta making lesson. Excellent tiramisu for dessert, had plenty of leftovers

Chef Giselle helped us make a wonderful Fettuccini Alfredo from scratch! She was so sweet and supportive and knowledgeable of the cuisine. The custom dessert she made for us was also divine. We will certainly book her again!
