Join Chef Vinutha for a hands-on, authentic Italian cooking class focused on Neapolitan cuisine. The menu showcases the varied cooking styles of the area with traditional dishes from the regions of Abruzzo, Campania and Calabria.

Begin by preparing a stuffed eggplant dish with cheese and Italian seasonings, followed by light and flaky fish rolls. Then, learn how to make rich risotto primavera loaded with fresh vegetables and soaked in a savory stock. For dessert, make a crostata from scratch with pastry dough and homemade jams for the filling.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an amazing evening. Chef Vinutha was so accommodating and took time to explain everything and answer all of our random questions. The food worked out so well and was delicious to eat. Great way to celebrate a birthday.
