He brings a wealth of experience with the fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood staples of his homeland, which he translates into a northern climate. Some of his specialties are Caribbean, Thai and Greek cuisines.

Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
