Create a Korean fried chicken feast in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Paul.

Learn how to prepare authentic fried chicken you'll serve up between hamburger buns as Chef Paul teaches you the right techniques and flavor combinations to create an unforgettable Asian meal.

Start by building a simple mixed greens salad then use ingredients like flour and cornstarch to make a breading for juicy Korean fried chicken. Layer your chicken between lettuce, coleslaw, sweet and spicy sauces and buns for the perfect burger sided by homemade fries. For dessert, make a fish-shaped pastry filled with classic Korean flavors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
