Cooking Class - Cajun and Southern Fusion

Join Chef Anthony as he deftly brings together spicy Cajun and authentic Southern cooking.

Considering that they originated in close proximity to each other, it's hardly surprising that Southern and Cajun cooking enjoy a great deal of crossover. In this class with Chef Anthony, you'll learn to use the staples of each cuisine to create a mouthwatering four-course meal.

Whet your appetite with cantaloupe and crab shooters, then indulge in a Southern classic: fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese. Draw on Cajun influence for the main course, a stunning seafood jambalaya. For dessert, you'll prepare (and indulge in) an exquisite bananas foster.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
