Chef Anthony's classes have a warm atmosphere to them brought on by his character. He has worked at some of the best restaurants in the city and has learned his chef skills from the ground up. Chef Anthony's passion for food is deep and natural which provides a great learning experience.
After years of working in one of Toronto's finest hotels, Chef Anthony decided to take on a new challenge and launch his own gourmet catering company — specializing in Cajun, Caribbean, and Southern cuisine — with the goal to bring nostalgia and wanderlust to life using the freshest and most highest-quality local ingredients available.
