Cooking Class - Gluten Free Fusion Fare
In this class, Chef Rishika will combine flavors from the culinary traditions of Portugal, Africa, France and Spain, and include tricks specific to gluten-free cooking and easy substitutions to make the meal vegetarian.
Discover how to make an herb salad tossed with a lively sweet and sour dressing served with smoked chicken and a creamy mushroom soup. For the main course, a spicy cauliflower steak will be paired with creamy spinach, coconut curry sauce, roasted chickpeas and cilantro. End the class with decadent crème caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
