Cooking Class - Gluten Free Fusion Fare

A satisfying and innovative four-course meal that just happens to also be gluten free.

In this class, Chef Rishika will combine flavors from the culinary traditions of Portugal, Africa, France and Spain, and include tricks specific to gluten-free cooking and easy substitutions to make the meal vegetarian.

Discover how to make an herb salad tossed with a lively sweet and sour dressing served with smoked chicken and a creamy mushroom soup. For the main course, a spicy cauliflower steak will be paired with creamy spinach, coconut curry sauce, roasted chickpeas and cilantro. End the class with decadent crème caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of participating in one of Chef Rishika's classes and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the very beginning, chef Rishika was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of cooking. If you have the opportunity to do a class with her, we both highly recommend you do so!

Amazing experience with Chef Rishika and Chef Jonathan!!! This was my first cooking class and it exceed all of my expectations. Rishika was a real pro and very conscientious around her guests. The food was absolutely delicious too! We were all involved in the cooking of each meal - and they were the best dishes I’ve ever made. I definitely recommend this class!
