Get hands-on in this cooking class as you prepare a Mexican-inspired menu bursting with heat and flavor. Chef Latipha will expertly guide you in creating a colorful menu from appetizer to dessert.
First, discover the perfect ratio of avocado to lime for the best guacamole, make homemade tortillas for tacos and chips, and dice up spicy pico de gallo. Next, you'll assemble grilled shrimp tacos featuring the flavors of mango, cilantro and lime and make a side of cilantro lime rice. For dessert, layer flaky dough with cheesecake filling and brown sugar for sopapilla cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
