Cooking Class - Basics of Molecular Italian Gastronomy

Experiment with a unique method that brings modern culinary magic to a traditional Italian spread.

Italian cuisine gets a scientific twist in this intriguing hands-on cooking class with Chef Rahul. He'll demonstrate the secrets to molecular gastronomy while showing you how to assemble a traditional Italian dinner with distinctive flair.

Get your lesson underway with a classic Caprese salad using fresh mozzarella and heirloom tomatoes, then create butternut pasta from scratch, topped with homemade mole sauce and molecular caviar. Prepare osso buco for your entrée using vegetable ash and flavored with microscopic elements. And for dessert, assemble an authentic tiramisu to end class on a sweet note.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Rahul was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure. He was able to adapt to what our kitchen provided and gave thorough answers to any questions we had. He is extremely interesting on top of being an excellent chef. I will happily use Rahul again
