Chef Rahul shares his rich knowledge of French cuisine in this informative cooking class. You'll discover time-honored techniques for adding exceptional dishes to your home cooking regimen, plus a few tips for modern presentation.

Start with chicken consommé and a classic chicken Niçoise salad topped with an herby dressing. Create a succulent sirloin steak with homemade Bordelaise sauce and molecular-style caviar, with three-way mashed potatoes, vegetables and an intriguing beet foam served on the side. Finish your lesson with crème brûlée for a quintessential French dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing meal! Rahul was excellent. Very engaging and informative about the meal and cooking in general. It would’ve been five stars except for the dessert didn’t quite turn out but everything was delicious. Good time was had by all.
