What You’ll Do

Explore a blend of distinctive cultural flavors resulting in a delightful mix of regional elements.

The flavors of Indian and Canadian cuisines find common ground in this fusion cooking class with Chef Rahul. With his keen insight and expert guidance, you'll learn how to balance cultures in a truly global menu.

Your lesson begins with soup peppered with spiced leeks, lentils and a special blend of Indian spices. Then, you'll create burrah-style lamb chops with a purée of spiced fruits, served with fried potatoes. You'll also prepare an Indian steak dish with rice and roti, and whip up creamy rice pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Amazing meal! Rahul was excellent. Very engaging and informative about the meal and cooking in general. It would’ve been five stars except for the dessert didn’t quite turn out but everything was delicious. Good time was had by all.
