Your lesson begins with soup peppered with spiced leeks, lentils and a special blend of Indian spices. Then, you'll create burrah-style lamb chops with a purée of spiced fruits, served with fried potatoes. You'll also prepare an Indian steak dish with rice and roti, and whip up creamy rice pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
