Embark on a quest to create an impressive Italian meal in this cooking class, including making risotto completely from scratch. Chef Sahil will teach you how to make iconic dishes featuring Italy’s most time-honored flavors.

Marinate cherry tomatoes in punchy balsamic and serve with creamy bocconcini for the perfect start to your meal. Then, prepare a decadent lemon caper sauce to serve with chicken piccata, and carrots and potatoes cooked using French techniques. Next, learn how to make creamy mushroom risotto, and carefully layered tiramisu with ladyfingers, coffee and mascarpone cheese.
