This interactive cooking class is all about fresh, simple ingredients prepared well. Chef Joe will teach you how to make three Italian dishes from scratch, with a delicious Neapolitan pizza as the centerpiece.
Begin your Neapolitan journey with a panzanella salad of bread, fresh cherry tomatoes, basil and a zippy dressing. Then, prepare pizza dough and tomato sauce from scratch. When your ingredients are ready, top the pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese and plenty of basil. Dessert is sweet and custardy zabaglione with fresh strawberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
