The unexpected mix of Indian and Canadian flavors makes for an enticing in-person cooking class with Chef Rahul! Learn to combine these wildly different cuisines in an intriguing meal that brings the world closer together.
Start by creating spiced leek and lentil soup, seasoned with robust Indian spices. Then, prepare lamb chops topped with spiced strawberry purée and served with fried potatoes before cooking up a sirloin steak with Tellicherry pepper sauce, rice and roti. For dessert, craft a creamy rice pudding that celebrates the sweet traditions of both cultures.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After serving as a chef and supervising kitchens in the cruise and hospitality industries, he turned his expertise into a role as a chef consultant working in Vancouver and San Francisco. Now, Chef Rahul looks forward to sharing his vision for what home cooking can be with budding chefs around the city.
