In this interactive cooking class with Chef Joe, you'll prepare a three-course Italian dinner that's as elegant as it is fun to make. You'll also learn how to make ravioli by hand.
To begin, you'll make classic bruschetta with grilled bread, fresh tomatoes and bright basil. Then, learn how to prepare pasta dough and shape it into perfect pillows of ricotta and spinach ravioli, which you will serve with butter and sage. Last but not least, prepare an elegant panna cotta with orange essence to end your meal on a sweet note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
