In this hands-on cooking class, join Chef Nataly for a menu of comforting, vegan fare inspired by classic Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. Using high-quality ingredients, you will prepare a hearty feast featuring a variety of plant-based dishes.
Begin class with an exploration of flavor and texture, starting with a bright fattoush salad tossed with pomegranate dressing. Follow it up by assembling tasty halloumi and sourdough crostinis with roasted peppers. For the main course, prepare decadent vegan scalloped potatoes and mushrooms topped with crispy breadcrumbs. Finally, enjoy vegan chocolate cake for dessert.
