She'll show you authentic methods for assembling a marvelous menu representing some of the most familiar dishes of the region. Create handmade fritters flavored with spinach and onions before making palak paneer, a sumptuous entree that blends paneer cheese with tomatoes and onions. You'll also make a pilaf-style rice dish and a creamy mango kulfi for dessert.
