This Asian-inspired menu will leave you feeling just as good as the food tastes! In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Laurianne teaches you how to use great ingredients and precise preparation to create bold, satisfying flavors.
Start the class by preparing a healthy and colorful Mandarin ramen noodle coleslaw salad packed with antioxidants. Then, stuff, roll and cook your own spiced pork spring rolls before crafting a dynamic and hearty shrimp baby bok choy noodle soup for your entrée. For dessert, whip up a sweet and fluffy batch of Hong Kong-style egg tarts.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
