When it comes to turning fish and shrimp into a culinary celebration, this hands-on cooking class is the catch of the day! Chef Luis is onboard to teach you the secrets of creating an authentically Mexican seafood feast.
Begin by preparing a classic ceviche brimming with shrimp and fresh garden vegetables. Then, create an intriguing charred octopus dish complemented by a zesty chimichurri sauce. Afterward, cook a batch of sweet and smoky shrimp, followed by a plate of spicy tuna tiradito, a Mexican take on sashimi.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
