In this interactive cooking class, Chef Sheryl will teach you the secrets behind cooking delicious Mediterranean foods, while using traditional ingredients such as fresh citrus, Greek yogurt and crisp vegetables. This class centers on balancing fantastic flavors and finding exciting contrasts in each dish.
Begin by assembling a Greek salad full of quinoa, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and onions, and a heavy sprinkle of feta cheese. For the main dish, learn how to create chicken souvlaki enhanced by a zesty, citrus-forward dressing. For dessert, prepare a simple orange semolina cake for a sweet and tangy finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
