Discover the delicate art of piping in this dessert-making class with Chef John. You’ll learn how to create decadent gluten-free desserts using fresh and frozen fruit, including mangoes, strawberries, cherries and more.

Chef John will demonstrate how to transform egg whites, sugar and natural flavors into mouthwatering desserts. He’ll show you how to perfectly craft raspberry macarons, homemade vanilla marshmallows, rolled pavlovas and meringue with berry compote. Taste each creation and leave with some sweet bites to take home.

What a great experience! We have now participated in two cooking classes, Spanish Tapas and Paris Bistro, and both were thoroughly enjoyable. Chef John leads the evening in a way that is both educational and fun, offering tips that go beyond the meal you are creating, and we've left both classes feeling inspired. We liked our first night so much we invited friends along to the second and we highly recommend this experience with Chef John!
