Learn how to craft sophisticated Italian fare with simple ingredients completely from scratch.

Learn an array of tricks and techniques that will help you master the art of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rishika.

You’ll begin by preparing a savory pesto and grilled tomato crostini with tangy goat cheese before graduating to hearty shrimp scampi fettuccine made with hand-crafted pasta, tossed in a garlic butter emulsion. And dessert is pistachio and almond filled flan topped with edible glass crisp.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A great evening of learning and eating! Rishika did a great job of teaching us through hands on experience. We successfully made homemade pasta and learned how to present dishes well. A little sad the recipes changed since booking but overall a great experience.
