In this hands-on class with Chef Vish, you will learn how to prepare an authentic four-course Indian feast using fresh, flavorful, high-quality ingredients, and a handful of modern twists.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to learning in this class include vegetable pakora — crispy, golden, battered vegetables with big and bold flavors — shrimp coconut curry, vegetable korma with a creamy cashew sauce, and a pistachio cardamom crème with saffron for dessert. All dishes can be easily adapted to be fully vegetarian and gluten free.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
