Cooking Class - Wonders of Asian Street Food
In this hands-on class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare five different Asian street food dishes using fresh, exotic ingredients, and authentic Asian cooking techniques.
You will begin by learning how to perfect steamed pork and water chestnut dumplings and create an accompanying dipping sauce. Then, you will make a Balinese chili dip tossed in a wok with seared prawns and spinach before grilling a Thai favorite that packs a punch as well as lemongrass chicken skewers. Lastly, you'll concoct a coconut pudding topped with pineapple glaze.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
