In this hands-on class with Chef Vish, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu showcasing the beauty and bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients hailing from the Pacific Northwest.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an appetizer of salt-baked carrots with carrot top pesto, pumpkin seeds and honey, fennel-crusted salmon with wild mushrooms and all the aromatics, a roasted squash and lentil dish with pomegranates, whipped yogurt, and fresh herbs, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
