In this hands-on class with Chef Vish, you will learn how to prepare a flavor-forward four-course modern fusion menu using high-quality ingredients, and a variety of easy-to-master cooking techniques that will yield modern gastronomic masterpieces.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to enjoying in this class with Chef Vish include a beetroot and feta salad with fennel, burrata bruschetta with mint and apple cider vinegar, scallops with root vegetables and microgreens, and a silky vanilla crème anglaise with fresh berries and pecans for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Culinary visionary Chef Vish has many years of experience in the kitchen and in the classroom, as a working chef for over a decade, and an executive chef for six. He has prepared gourmet fare for several corporate team building events and VIP dinners, but his biggest claim to fame is holding the title of executive chef and program director for The American Pavilion at the annual Cannes Film Festival in France.
