During this fun experience, you'll learn all about preparing, baking and decorating a variety of cakes. Some of the cakes you'll tackle throughout the class include a lemon poppyseed pound cake and a chocolate almond vanilla cake, as well as a stunning streusel coffee cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Pastry chef and baker extraordinaire Chef Julio has found the recipe for success in a variety of roles and kitchens over the years. After spending five years as an executive pastry chef in Venezuela, Chef Julio began teaching at one of the top culinary schools in the world. He was also lauded for creating and overseeing production of the dessert menu at one of Calgary’s top-rated fine dining restaurants.
