Immerse yourself in a gourmet maritime dining experience with this exclusive private chef experience. Renowned Chef Akshay will craft and present a stunning seafood menu for you to savor.

Your meal begins with a custom appetizer such as crab cakes paired with a luxurious Champagne sauce or Niçoise salad and more. Next, enjoy a selection of exquisite main courses, such as rich lobster risotto or a variety of freshly prepared fish. To complete the meal, indulge in decadent desserts like chocolate mousse, seasonal fruit with brown butter streusel or a refreshing strawberry semifreddo. Relax and relish each course as Chef Akshay prepares a memorable seafood feast just for you.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Crab Cakes
With Champagne and tarragon sauce

Rainbow Beet Salad
With greens, heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese and balsamic vinegar

Lyonnaise Salad
With frisée greens, bacon, warm vinaigrette and poached egg

Niçoise Salad
With lemon, green beans, fingerling potatoes, poached egg, tuna, capers, olives and cherry tomatoes

Shrimp and Lobster Bisque
With tomatoes, mirepoix, cream and fresh herbs

Classic French Mussels
With white wine, butter, shallots and garlic

Lemon Dill Salmon
With lemon Parmesan risotto and haricot verts

Lobster Risotto
With Parmesan cheese, asparagus and oven-roasted tomatoes

Seared Scallops
With parsnip-potato purée, lemon beurre blanc and broccolini

Sole Meunière
With lemon, scalloped potatoes, sautéed haricot verts and shallots

Bouillabaisse
With saffron, fennel, tomatoes, thyme, mussels, clams and fresh fish

Whole Branzino
With mustard greens, roasted potatoes and lemon-caper butter

My husband and I had a really fun time at this class! The instructions were easy to follow and Chef Akshay is such a humble and down to earth guy. We had a blast and would definitely do more classes with Chef Akshay in the future. The food was also absolutely delicious and we will definitely be attempting to recreate the menu at home. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Chef Akshay was so great. Informative, answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable... and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely take another class with him... maybe Italian!

He walks into the session with a probe thermometer tugged to his jacket and says "Welcome to my masterclass" that is the moment you understand that its not just a class its a master's class. I follow him from his instagram and attended couple of sessions where he would make cooking so simple and elegant. His signature recipes are worth drooling and I am sure he would be very successful if he opens a restaurant in Toronto. I wish him good luck. Kudos to you chef Akshay.

A true hidden gem in Canada!!! I attended chef's masterclass cuisine of Dubai and I must tell you that it was way beyond my expectations. He got us even printed recipes and had stories to tell from all over the world. Such an insightful class that I have starting loving cooking again. All the recipes and methods were precise and he made sure that I learnt it right. :) Cant wait to try his other masterclasses.

One of the most innovative and happy chef I have ever come across. A true professional who ensures you lesrn while he demonstrates his skills. His cooking classes are a treat for all my friends. His knowledge of various cuisines and such a humble personality ensures that we come back for his culinary adventures. Attended last session as a part of world food in London and was a superhit as chef paired food with some great whiskies.
