What You'll Do

Learn to fold and cook dumplings with savory pork or vegetarian filling, your choice.

Get a taste of dumpling-making in this fun, hands-on cooking class with Chef Cory. You’ll learn the key techniques behind classic Asian dumplings, from shaping and sealing each one to choosing how to cook them for the perfect finish, steamed or pan-fried.

Chef Cory will walk you through filling prep using fresh ingredients like carrots, cabbage, scallions, garlic and ginger, with the option to make a traditional pork filling or keep it vegetarian. By the end of class, you’ll know the basics well enough to start experimenting with flavors and creating your own dumpling combinations.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

Hi Chef Cory, today in the sushi making class we were supposed to have you as our chef! We had Giselle and while she was wonderful, the session wasn’t what we expected. Not only did it not look like the pictures provided on the website, it was an hour short, we did not prepare the vegetables like the description said (it was in plastic boxes) and there wasn’t enough sushi rice for the sushi rolls. We could only prepare one each. Just wondering what happened here. Thanks.
