Join Chef Ildoo for this cooking class designed to bring the flavors of Korean cuisine to your home kitchen. Learn how to prepare a Korean classics under expert guidance.
Start by preparing soybean miso soup with tofu, vegetables and pork belly. Later, balance flavors with a radish kimchi salad with Burrata cheese and sesame oil. Next up is a soybean pork shoulder neck BBQ with garlic, jalapeño and mushrooms. Finish this classic menu with a fruit milk bowl with watermelon, apple, strawberries and bananas.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
