Mix farm-fresh ingredients for Greek-style bruschetta made with goat cheese and olives. Fish is a staple of the Mediterranean diet, so cod baked with tomatoes, feta and red onions is a natural main dish. For side dishes, you'll prepare fluffy rice infused with lemon and grilled zucchini. Finally, poach pears in wine and serve with a granola crumble for dessert.
