Join Chef Levi as he teaches you how a simple menu can be equally extravagant and special during this hands-on cooking class. With fresh ingredients and basic cooking skills, you'll cook a decadent three-course meal.
Start by preparing mushrooms stuffed with cheese and garlic and served with Parmesan crisps. As the main dish, you'll learn how to expertly cook a steak braised in butter, rosemary and thyme that will match perfectly with creamy duchess potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, you'll whip up a crème brûlée with an infusion of chai tea.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fabulous evening filled with friends, learning, laughing, and visiting. Chef Levi was well prepared and helped us produce an amazing meal. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We will do this again and again. A fantastic way to spend an evening.

We recently booked the Rustic Greek Feast experience with chef Levi. The food was great, and the experience was fun, however there are a couple of items that I’d like to point out for Levi’s consideration, and for future clients.
There were alterations made to the menu that we were surprised, and disappointed by.
The “Hard cheese, such as Kefalotyri’ was substituted with smoked gouda and marble cheddar cheese, which was disappointing. The cheeses were to be flambéed in brandy, but he forgot the brandy, so we needed to provide that, and the ‘medley of roasted vegetables’ turned out to be only roasted carrots.
A suggestion for future events would be to give the clients a list of the items they need to provide, such as cutting boards, knives, barbeque, etc.

Levi showed me how to make cream cheese and red pepper stuffed button mushrooms. Fully explained the whole process - the finished product looked absolutely delicious. The cheese was browned on top, the mushrooms were cooked but still firm - great dish.
