Cooking Class - Classic Japanese Teppanyaki Techniques
Chef Laine takes you on a voyage of Japanese culinary discovery in this hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn how to bring the excitement of teppanyaki cuisine to your own home table.
Start by filling, folding and cooking handmade gyoza with minced pork. Then, prepare a variety of teppanyaki elements, including grilled meats and vegetables served with sticky rice and an array of umami-laden dipping sauces. You'll also whip up homemade tapioca pudding with fresh fruit for a sweet close to your class.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
