Explore the role of fried ingredients in sushi and Asian cuisines with Chef Paul.

In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Paul will guide you as you prepare a variety of dishes featuring crunchy, fried elements. Learn how to balance textures from light and crisp to rich and soft.

Begin by deep frying tofu for an agedashi tofu starter with tempura sauce. Next, practice your sushi techniques while preparing a spicy salmon roll and a crunchy roll featuring fried shrimp and crispy tempura bits. Later, prepare a Korean street food favorite of rice cakes and sausages on a stick with spicy hot sauce and then finish the meal with a sweet mango roll.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a fantastic experience. I bought an evening with Chef Paul for my partner and I and we couldn’t have loved it more. We will absolutely be taking another course with him in the future. Wish I could give 6 stars.
