In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jordi will show you how to prepare a decadent meal highlighting French techniques and flavors.
Begin by finely chopping ingredients for a luxurious beef tartare, followed by a rich and classic main dish: Chicken cordon bleu. Butterfly a chicken breast and bread and fry it to perfection before topping it with sauce and cheese to be enjoyed with fancy yet approachable fondant potatoes. Reward your hard work by carefully caramelizing a layer of sugar for the perfect creamy and crunchy crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jordi showed me his tips and tricks on how to cut an onion. This is always a great skill to learn how to minimize the amount of eye tearing. He is no stranger to teaching as that is what he does full time. He is a great chef to learn from for skills simple and complicated.
