In this fun and interactive cooking class, you’ll be immersed in traditional Indian cuisine. Chef Sahil will help you learn new cooking skills as you prepare a delectable and authentic feast.

For your starter, you'll cook chicken tikka marinated in yoghurt and a delightful infusion of traditional spices. Chef Sahil will teach you how to make lamb masala for the main course, highlighted with tomato gravy and served with perfectly baked naan. For dessert, you’ll craft a creamy rice pudding that features the iconic flavor of basmati rice and a selection of dried fruit for sweetness.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sahil prefers to craft his meals from scratch, specializing in handmade pasta and authentic Italian cuisine and is excited to share his dynamic recipes and provide unique culinary experiences.
