For your starter, you'll cook chicken tikka marinated in yoghurt and a delightful infusion of traditional spices. Chef Sahil will teach you how to make lamb masala for the main course, highlighted with tomato gravy and served with perfectly baked naan. For dessert, you’ll craft a creamy rice pudding that features the iconic flavor of basmati rice and a selection of dried fruit for sweetness.
