Chef Paul was amazing. He was kind and interesting and a great teacher. We made the best Korean food and ate everything we prepared. We also had the best company in Chef Paul. He was attentive, funny and fun.

Paul did a great job and was extremely knowledgable about what to look out for when making the meals gluten free. Korean dishes are impossible to find for celiacs so this was a very special dinner for us.
