Snacking becomes a whole new experience in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Levi. Learn to incorporate some of your childhood favorites from snack time into a playful meal designed to surprise your tastebuds.
Begin by shaving vegetables for a salad topped with a tangy vinaigrette infused with Mountain Dew soda. Then, glaze pork chops in a Dr. Pepper soda and butter marinade, which will sit atop cheesy Doritos polenta. And for dessert, whip up Froot Loop milk panna cotta garnished with caramelized Cap'n Crunch and fresh blackberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Awesome, awesome, awesome pretty much sums it up from our group. We loved Chef Levi's Asian-Italian fusion menu, the food was fantastic. We loved hearing about Chef Levi's culinary career, you can tell he is doing what he loves to do. The class was a demonstration type cooking class which suited what we wanted, it was fun to see how he organizes all the different dishes to ensure everything had time to cook and be ready when needed and we learned some good tips. Highly recommend this, its a great evening at home with friends. Good luck with the upcoming competetions Levi!!
