Enjoy authentic dishes from across the Mediterranean with Chef Luis

Chef Luis invites you to take a trip across the Mediterranean without having to leave the kitchen. Begin your trip with Zatar spiced hummus paired with tart goat's cheese and hazelnuts before moving on to the main dishes. The main vegetarian dishes are the cumin-flavored roasted eggplant and the Mediterranean cauliflower, which is joined by mouth-watering roasted tomatoes and tangy feta cheese. For dessert, you're in for a treat with the Mahalabia rose water milk pudding which is a delectable blend of strawberries and pistachios.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This experience was absolutely amazing! Chef Luis was an excellent teacher and patient. The menu was just so awesomely delicious, bright, fresh, and simply uncomplicated. We will absolutely look at future opportunities to cook with Luis. 12 hours after our evening, we’ve already recommended Luis to several people. Absolutely fantastic!
