You'll start with the tuna ceviche paired with cucumbers, radishes, tortilla ashes and spicy habaneros before learning how to create a Yucatán style fried tortilla called a vegetarian salbut. Remember to keep room for dessert, which is caballeros pobres with English cream. This is the Yucatán style of the classic French toast.
