WRITER TO CREATE
This 3 course menu has some of my favorite Italian classics! We start pretty simple with the Caprese where the talk is all about the regions that we source our ingredients from to make sure we taste freshness in every bite of this salad. The pasta making process is an art that requires delicacy and patience, and this is where we will spend most of the time till we get to master this classic Carbonara recipe. And last but not least, my all time favorite desert, the Tiramisu! It's another one that takes some time to prepare but the reward is much bigger than the effort!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
