Some of the best cooking takes traditional dishes and fuses them with innovative, modern flavors. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sofia, you will learn an expert's way to do just that.
To start, you'll make a staple Caribbean dish: Coconut shrimp. Chef Sofia will show you how to balance the sweet coconut with a zesty hot pepper aioli. Next, create a spice-infused jerk chicken and tangy, creamy coleslaw. You'll dream about the gooey, indulgent three-cheese macaroni pie made with gouda, Havarti and cheddar that comes next. And, for dessert, craft a sweet peanut butter treat.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
